@an ibo dude: not by hand. i present my 3D renderings using Archicad , Photoshop, revit, or sketchup. but yes, that is my design. I am in my fourth year, if i cannot do that, then the past four years has been a waste. God will never allow that.

this is lovely! I never came to this corner before. Those CAD software are big deal and I can see you are manning them well enough. I'm impressed!
Na lie the design does not look nice jare...shey that na artificial lake or that na river nile wey flow come there...I hope you know say river nile has ridiculous high and low tide...make artefacts no come follow water go. I demand a larger pix before I can give you pass mark. The building is too busy....Minimal ........Okay your design is fine, just trying to get you worked up. I challenge you to design a house for me skyscraper on bamboo stilts...ehn now....lol thanks for coming bye. Been caught up in the market down-turn.
